Culinary share- In an effort to bridge the wage gap between the front- and back-of-house, El Patron has committed not to raise menu prices (increasing tips, and the gap), but does apply a 18% service charge to all dine-in checks. This allows us to provide higher wages to our kitchen staff as well as contend with increased sanitation
